Sometimes you can’t sit, you can’t stand. Sometimes you can’t walk or drive or even lie in bed. The pain is simply wretched!
I was introduced to Ian and he changed my view on back pain, he was unknown to me, but to everyone in the back pain industry he’s the real deal, kind of a legend in fact. I was shocked to learn people fly in from all over the world to work with him for less than 20 minutes. That’s all his method requires, he specializes in working with people who are desperate to avoid back surgery.
People the medical community has given up on Ian is the man people turn to when they've exhausted all treatments.
- Like the construction worker who fell 30 feet and landed on concrete… His doctor told him he would have permanent back pain and that surgery was his only option but today he’s on the job and his back pain is a distant memory… without surgery.
- Or the world-class Olympic weightlifter who was told her career was over because of the repetitive pounding on her spine. But after working with this breakthrough protocol, she’s competing at the Tokyo Olympics, and doesn’t give her back a second thought.
His name’s Ian Hart and his methods have their roots thousands of miles away in the Balkans. He calls his approach the “Serbian Secret” for reasons that will be clear in a minute. The best part is that results happen right away. In fact, most of his clients are completely back pain free in as little as 16 minutes.
Yes, I said 16 minutes.
If you or someone you love has exhausted all their options and is tired of trudging from specialist to specialist and getting nowhere, this may be your answer.
If a health-minded yoga instructor can be dealt a crippling back pain blow, what does this say about the rest of us? Here's Michelle's story in her own words.
"I was feeling very weak in my core area. And I was having some radiating pain in my lower back. And I was going to the doctors, and they were telling me things like you need to have disc replacement. You need to have all these surgeries. You need to be on these back pain medications and they wanted to put me through a lot of surgical procedures. I didn’t want to do any of that.
But the pain was so bad... I needed some relief.
So I went to two neurosurgeons and I went to a back pain specialist. The surgeons wanted to operate on me in different places and the back pain specialist wanted to do various procedures, including implanting something permanent in my spine.
I’ve had four procedures that involved needles in my spine, epidurals in my spine and that only gave me a little bit of temporary relief for a couple days but it did not cure or really help anything. It just put a band-aid on the pain for a couple of days and that was it.
After my first session with Ian, I felt an opening in my back that I haven’t felt in a long time. I felt stronger to my core and I felt that radiating burning heat pain that I was feeling, seem to dissipate a little bit. It seemed to just open up my back in general and then after my second session today, I noticed EVEN MORE the stretch in my lower back and more strengthening in muscles that had been weak that I think might help support my lower back.
I was very skeptical about doing Back Pain Relief For Life because, as I am a yoga instructor, I feel very knowledgeable in anatomy and how to help people that come to me in pain. But I was not aware of certain muscles that I was not using in the body that might help my lower back."

People, in as little as 16 minutes with back pain, have experienced nothing less than total relief. Do nothing more than a specific sequence of 8 simple, pain-relieving movements.
Sounds incredible, yet Michelle is a prime example. My personal takeaway? Michelle was humble to admit yoga wasn't working for her. She was also smart enough to stay away from drugs and surgery when there were other more natural options. See for yourself. Especially if you're being told surgery, needles and medication are in your immediate future.
But sometimes, one gets to the point where you'll try ANYTHING to get even a little bit of relief. If you're at that point, I encourage you to:
I think you’ll find this golfer’s story inspiring.
“I’m a golfer. About 25 years ago, I felt a sharp and severe pain in my lower back. After an MRI, the problem was diagnosed as a herniated disc between the L5 and L6 vertebrae. I was told this was a very common spot for this to happen. And that medication, some rest and possibly some physical therapy would help. The conservative orthopedic surgeon was hesitant to operate, citing my level of back pain and my ability to still get around. The medication did help. And despite occasional flare-ups all was well.
Until about 10 years ago, when I felt intense pain while doing strenuous work. This time the MRI showed that the disc was “obliterated” and there was nerve impingement between the vertebrae. (The doctor’s words, not mine.) The initial sharp pain subsided. But I was left with a lower back which I had to be extremely careful with. My sleep was disrupted. I had to give up most strenuous physical activity.
My yard work was limited to what little I could do. On several occasions, I had to miss work because of back pain.
At times the pain was so bad, I was unable to get out of the chair or get out of bed. It made it very difficult to do routine, daily things.
I went to a physical therapist for 6-12 weeks. That didn’t seem to help much. Worst of all, I had to give up golf. Now it’s understood when you play golf for a long time, many golfers develop conditions in the back. Whether it’s in the muscles, or whether it's joint pain, arthritis in the spine or something like that. The game also involves a lot of twisting, a lot of torque in the torso. Of course, your power doesn’t come from the arms, it comes with the larger muscles in the torso and legs. Unfortunately, I could no longer make that turn necessary to make a decent golf swing. It simply was too painful to continue to try to play.
No lifting, no golf, poor sleep and even standing for more than 20 minutes was painful. Cortisone injections and oral medication helped, but that is powerful stuff. And it has dangerous side effects and can be used only to a limited extent. Then back in 2008, I met Ian Hart. On a whim, I showed him my doctor’s report and MRI. He put me on his program right away.
To my surprise, I felt improvement in just a few weeks. I have continued with this program for 4 years and it has continued to improve. Has my back pain totally gone? No and it probably never will. That said, the improvement has been significant and my quality of life has greatly improved. Today, I am able to play golf again at least twice a week. My game has come back and I am enjoying it much more than I ever have.
I’m able to drive the ball further than I did 20 years ago and strike the ball probably better than I ever have. Regardless of whether you have back pain or not, if you’d want to be active in golf or tennis, I think Ian’s program would help anybody’s lifestyle. I golf, play tennis, garden and even remodel homes. And best of all, I now sleep much better. In addition to my back improvement, I am now much stronger. My doctor even commented that my lifestyle is keeping me healthy and that I’m in much better shape than most 66 year old's. Thank you, Ian!” - Jay Burner Beaufort, SC
How did Ian help Jay with his back pain? Or maybe more aptly, how did Jay help himself?
Incredibly, he did 8 specific movements. These 8 movements are totally unlike “the sheets” of exercises you get from chiropractors or doctors. Instead, they “wake up” certain muscles and restore muscle balance according to Ian. That’s key. Then in certain areas of his back, Jay’s movements jump-started pathways so vital oxygen and nutrition could get in and help him heal. That’s the holistic way to relieve and remove back pain.
In Jay’s case, it took just a few weeks. And apparently that’s not uncommon. Just a few weeks and he was feeling tremendous relief and able to drive that ball farther than he had in decades!
